Frequently Asked Questions
If you still have questions after perusing my site, the answer might be right here waiting for you. If not, you can always contact me.
01
Do you know how to code?

Very little.  I attempted to teach myself ActionScript when Flash was the thing to do.  I know my way around an HTML document, and I can navigate a style sheet pretty well.  As for the actual language...not yet, but I am open to learning Xcode, Java, JavaScript, Jqwery, and/or HTML5. Good teachers who are willing to teach me should not hesitate to contact me.

What is an ethnographer?

1) one of the many things I wanted to be when I grew up
2)Â a person who gathers and records data about human culture and societies

Why no master's degree?

Continuing education can manifest itself in multiple ways, not just through certain letters (MA/MS/PhD, etc.) I wanted to gain some real world experience, and an opportunity to begin my career became available around the time I was deciding whether to continue straight to grad school or see what it's like to work without going to school at the same time. I'm grateful that I was able to develop and enhance my skills in real life situations, and educate myself through practice and self-study along the way. It made more sense to me to take the opportunity to learn from experience by working with experts in the field while it was available to me. If you would like to fund a graduate degree on my behalf, I am more than willing to earn it. Contact me.
